What to share (one per video)

• A tip that saved you time, stress, money, or pain
• A mindset or faith shift that helped you keep going
• A specific how-to (packing list, skin care, room setup, paperwork, support team)
  
• Keep it kind, brief, and on topic (one idea per video)

What not to share

• No medical prescriptions or claims — share personal experience only
• No private details of others without permission
• No full names, specific locations, or contact information

Simple recording guide (phone is perfect)

• Quiet space & steady phone (prop it at eye level, landscape if you can).
• Good light (face light source like a window or lamp).
• Open with your cancer type and focus of your video (Example: I’m a breast cancer patient and want to share helpful items to have during chemo).
• Close with courage (a line of faith/hope for the next person).

Upload Steps

• City, State, Country: Helps us place a pin on the global map.
• Stage of Journey: Pick the stage your video is about (Example: Chemo)
• Video Title: Clear and literal (Example: Chemo packing list: infusion day kit).
• Video Description: One line that tells us the main takeaway.
• Video file (MP4). Videos don’t need to be fancy, just heartfelt and helpful.
• Submit: We’ll review for clarity and kindness, then publish in the Living Wisdom Library under Cancer Type or Caregiver and Stage of Journey.
